This summer, our terrace at The Pheasant Hotel is elegantly furnished by our esteemed partner, Rathfinny. Come rain or shine, it’s the ideal spot to savour a glass of their exquisite sparkling Sussex wines, all while taking in our stunning village pond views.
In celebration of the ‘Best of British’, our terrace features a custom Rathfinny menu, complete with parasols, ice buckets, and blankets. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of Sussex from lunch until dusk.
Rathfinny embarked on their journey in 2010, establishing their roots in the South Downs of Sussex. This exceptional natural landscape, with its ideal climate, chalk, and soil, provides the perfect conditions for producing world-class sparkling wine.
