Whilst The Pheasant is a great base from which to explore the North Yorkshire Moors, either by car, by bike or on foot, you can also relax in the Lounge and the Bar, or outside on the terrace with the added entertainment provided by the local duck population.
And, if that makes you feel like taking a splash yourself, we also have an indoor heated swimming pool with its own changing rooms, adjoining the courtyard, so don’t forget to pack your
swimming costume!
Where essential pool maintenance necessitates closure, we will attempt to give as much notice as possible, but cannot guarantee constant availability of the pool.
Those preferring a drier environment can choose to relax in the Lounge, in the Bar or, when the weather permits, on the Terrace, where WiFi is available.
