The Pheasant hosts themed events, such as lunches with musical entertainment or flower arranging demonstrations. Additionally, Head Chef, Peter Neville hosts cookery courses held in conjunction
with The Star Inn based on dishes appearing on The Pheasants’ Menus and using the techniques, for example ‘sous vide’ for which Peter is known.

Aspiring foragers should look out for our regular springtime & autumn Forager Days with professional forager, Miles Irving and other ‘foodie events’ including wine appreciation courses are planned.
